Central Texas Painting offers a 3-year limited warranty on interior and exterior painting for homeowners in Central Texas. We stand behind our workmanship, trained crews, and quality products (e.g., Sherwin-Williams). This warranty is designed to protect against workmanship-related issues, not everyday wear and tear.
What’s Covered Under Our 3-Year Warranty
Paint Performance
Interior/exterior paint peeling, bubbling, or blistering caused by workmanship issues.
Surface Integrity
Cracking or flaking due to improper surface prep or application processes.
Fading Protection
Fading beyond normal wear within 3 years, specifically considering the intense Texas sun.
Touch-Up Work
Touch-up work needed to correct covered defects at no additional labor cost.
Note: Coverage applies only to areas prepared and painted by Central Texas Painting.
This 3-year limited warranty covers labor and standard paint materials on work performed by Central Texas Painting for the original property owner and is not transferable. Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and does not cover consequential damages.
What’s Not Covered (Exclusions)
- Damage from power washing, pressure, or physical impact
- Normal fading from UV exposure over time
- Pre-existing surface issues not disclosed before the job
- Water damage or moisture intrusion from leaks or structural issues
- Color changes requested after job completion
- Work not performed by Central Texas Painting or where other contractors repainted or altered the surface
- Consequential or incidental damages of any kind

Conditions to Keep Your Warranty Valid
- Invoice must be paid in full
- Surface has not been repainted or altered by another contractor
- No unauthorized repairs or modifications to the painted surface
- Normal maintenance and gentle cleaning are performed as needed
How the Claim Process Works
- Contact us by phone or email (or through our contact form) with your name, address, and photos of the issue
- We respond to warranty requests within 2 business days
- We schedule an on-site inspection to review the affected areas
- If the issue is covered, we’ll schedule repair or repaint work at no labor cost to you
